The DuPage Kane Disability Community Resource Group is set to host a hiring event aimed at connecting job seekers with disabilities to potential employers. The event will take place on Tuesday, October 29, from 9 AM to 12 PM at NIU Naperville, located at 1120 E. Diehl Rd., Naperville, IL 60563.
The event aims to help individuals with disabilities find the right employer match for their skills. Resources will be provided for youth, adults, and veterans, ensuring a comprehensive support system for all attendees.
October marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month, making this hiring event a timely initiative. The event will feature a variety of participating employers, including Hamdard Health Alliance, Sodexo, Illinois Tollway, Hilton, Nicor Gas, and many more.
